I checked gotigersgo.com before heading to an event, thinking I was all set, and then the time ended up being wrong. At first I was like, okay, mistakes happen... but no, that was frustrating. I also noticed a game still listed like it was happening even though it had already been changed. If people are planning their day around the site, the schedule really needs to be accurate or at least clearly updated.

"Too many fees for what you actually get"
The ticket prices looked reasonable at first, but by the time all the extra fees got added on, the total was way higher than I expected. I don’t mind paying for tickets, but I hate being pushed through some automated checkout that doesn’t make the real cost clear until the end. It just feels sneaky and frustrating. I wish Memphis Tigers showed everything upfront. I’ll probably avoid using it again if I can.

I’m still waiting on my refund, the whole exchange process has been frustrating. I expected it to be simple, but it’s taken way longer than it should have, and I still don’t have a clear update

"News Feels Late and a Bit Thin"
I wanted to like it, but the articles often feel rushed and don’t include enough background or detail. A lot of updates also seem to come in later than I’d expect, so by the time I read them, I feel like I’ve already seen the story elsewhere. It’s a little disappointing because I was hoping this would be something I could rely on.

I found the site frustrating to use. The menus felt all over the place, and I kept getting sent in circles just trying to find “basic info.” A few pages also loaded a bit weird for me. After a few minutes, I just gave up.

"Stream froze at the worst possible moments"
I was trying to watch the game, but the stream kept freezing over and over. And of course, it always seemed to happen right when something big was about to happen. Super frustrating and just really bad timing all around.

"Decent venue, but plan ahead for parking"
The venue itself was fine overall, but the parking situation was frustrating. If you're heading here, I'd definitely recommend getting there early or looking up nearby parking options beforehand, because trying to find a spot at the last minute was kind of a mess

I was trying to look up some player details, but a few of the bios seemed incomplete or not updated recently... Kind of frustrating when you're expecting current info!

I was a bit disappointed with the emails. A few notifications showed up late, and some of them didn’t really tell me what I needed to know. I ended up having to go back to the website myself to figure things out. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was definitely frustrating

"Live stats felt like a bait and switch"
I tried using gotigersgo to follow a game, thinking the live stats would actually keep me updated, but it really didn’t work that way. The feed kept freezing, lagging way behind, and a few updates showed up late or didn’t seem right at all. It had that bait-and-switch feeling where it looks like you’re getting real-time coverage, but you end up missing half the action anyway. Frustrating for an official school site, so I just gave up and checked somewhere else.
"Mobile tickets worked, but not as smooth as other sites"
I got my tickets on my phone and they scanned fine at the gate, so everything worked out in the end. The annoying part was actually finding them on the site. It took longer than it should have, and the page was a bit slow to load. I even had to refresh once before it showed up properly. Compared to other ticket sites I’ve used, this felt a little clunkier and less straightforward. Not a terrible experience, but not exactly smooth either. 3 stars feels about right.

I placed an order and, uh, it basically just sat there with no real update for days. I kept having to check on it myself because the shipping info was either missing or just not changing at all.
By the time it finally shipped, the delivery still took longer than I expected, and the package showed up way after I actually needed it. Just a frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Account login is a mess"
I tried logging into my Memphis Tigers account and it kept telling me my password was wrong, even after I reset it twice. At one point I started wondering if I was typing something in wrong, but I’m sure I wasn’t.
The account page didn’t make things much easier either. I was trying to find where to update my info or manage my account, but I kept getting bounced around and second-guessing whether I was even in the right place.
Maybe it works fine for other people, so I don’t know if I just caught it on a bad day or what. But for me, all I wanted to do was check my tickets, and I ended up wasting way more time than I expected

"Pretty disappointing merch selection"
I was hoping to grab a hoodie and maybe a couple basic Tigers items, but the merch area was kind of a letdown. There wasn’t much to choose from, a lot of sizes were missing, and the few options they did have weren’t that exciting. I expected way better, so I left disappointed

"Slow site, and the goalposts keep moving"
The site is just too slow way too often. Sometimes pages take forever to load, and it’s even crashed on me while I was checking scores. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it gets annoying when all I want is a quick update. Feels like every time I think it’s working fine, the goalposts move and there’s some new issue slowing things down again.

"Heads up: the mobile site is a pain to use"
Just a warning for anyone trying to use gotigersgo.com on their phone, it’s frustrating. The pages loaded oddly for me, the menus were tough to tap, and I kept having to zoom in just to read or click anything. I messed with it for a few minutes and eventually gave up. Definitely not a smooth mobile experience.
